Thank you for shopping with UPAASAK RITUALS. We take great pride in offering authentic spiritual products rooted in Sanatan Dharma. Due to the sacred and sensitive nature of our items, we follow a careful return and refund policy to maintain the purity and integrity of our products.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We do not accept cancellation requests after 1 hour of placing an order. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure prompt delivery.
Cancellation Charges:
- UPAASAK RITUALS does not charge any cancellation fee for orders cancelled within the 1-hour window.
- If UPAASAK RITUALS cancels an order unilaterally due to unforeseen circumstances (stock unavailability, logistics constraints, etc.), no cancellation fee is charged and the full amount is refunded to the original payment method.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
📹 Unboxing Video — Mandatory
Record a full unboxing video before opening your package where Shipping Label details should be clearly visible. This is mandatory for any return or exchange request. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Raise your request within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email only.
✅ Eligible Returns
- Manufacturing defect upon delivery
- Incorrect order delivered (wrong product or wrong variant)
💛 Change of Mind
With deep respect for the feelings and emotions of every Bhakt — we request you to exchange for a product of equal or higher value, so that the sacred energy finds a new home rather than being returned. Cash refunds are not available for change of mind.
📦 Condition for Return/Exchange
- Original packaging must be intact
- Product must be unused and unworn
- All accessories and certificate card must be included
🚚 Pickup & Refund
- Reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost to you
- Refund processed within 5-7 working days after pickup and quality inspection
- Refund credited to your original payment method
🪨 High-Value Products
Rare Rudraksha (10 Mukhi and above), Gemstones, and Collector pieces follow a video-confirmation dispatch process:
- Before shipping, UPAASAK will send a video of the exact product to the customer for confirmation.
- The product will be dispatched only after the customer confirms approval of the item shown in the video.
- Since the customer has reviewed and approved the specific piece being shipped, change-of-mind returns are not accepted for these items once confirmed.
- Returns/replacement remain available only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect or an incorrect item sent (different from what was shown and confirmed in the video), as per UPAASAK's standard Refund and Cancellations Policy.
NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Replacement or refund will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Size issues, colour preferences, or personal dissatisfaction
- Minor natural variations in colour, texture, or appearance of natural stones, wood, or organic materials (these are characteristics of authentic natural products and not defects)
- Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered by the customer
- Products not returned in original packaging with all original accessories
- Claims made after 24 hours of delivery
- Claims without mandatory unboxing video and photographic proof
IMPORTANT NOTE
All sales of spiritual products are considered final once delivered and accepted. UPAASAK RITUALS reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund that does not meet our policy guidelines after investigation.

- Complaint acknowledgment: Within 48 hours of receipt
- Resolution: Within 30 days from the date of complaint
