FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders without any minimum order value — prepaid and COD both.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Order Processing Time: 2-3 working days

Shipping Time: 3-4 days (depending on delivery pincode)

We ship 90% of our orders within 24 hours, and all verified orders are shipped within 48 hours. We do not ship on Sundays.

PACKAGING

All orders are shipped via major courier networks in secure tamper-proof packaging — so your spiritual products reach you safely and in perfect condition.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email. You can also track your order through the Track Your Order section on our website at www.upaasak.com.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. COD orders are verified for authenticity — if we have any doubts about the address mentioned in your order, we will call to confirm. Only verified phone and verified address orders will be shipped.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship through Partners, which works with reputed courier partners across India. In case no courier service is available at your pin code, we will endeavour to ship through an alternate provider.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we do ship internationally. For international orders, please contact us at support@upaasak.com or call +91-94609-40868 for pricing and timelines before placing your order. International orders are processed on a case-by-case basis.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a product in a damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. Contact us immediately at support@upaasak.com with your Order ID and photographs and video of the damaged package. We will arrange a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement at no additional cost.

REMOTE LOCATIONS

For orders to remote locations where courier delivery cannot be attempted, the recipient may be required to collect the shipment from the nearest delivery centre. We will notify you in such cases.
